The World Bank contracted Brand Now to help organize a two day launch conference in June. The conference brought together more than one hundred participants from government and development partners across East Asia. We worked closely with the Brand Now team to create a detailed plan to prepare for the event. They were very thorough and responsive to our needs, making sure all necessary elements were sourced and ready on schedule, including logo design, stationary, backdrops, welcome packages, and gifts for participants.
During the event, the Brand Now team helped to ensure things ran smoothly, especially coordinating between hotel staff, World Bank team, photographer, media, etc. Brand Now also played a key role in facilitating ice-breaking activities, team building sessions and a cultural event, all of which contributed to the overall quality and strength of the conference.
